I’m going on a liquid diet and I will be using the questions from Thinspo Challenge to keep me on track. My diet will consist of Atkins Meal Supplements in the morning, Odwalla Fruit Juice for lunch, and Soup for dinner, mostly tomato since that’s the only one that just liquid. I’ll be doing this for two months and I’ll see how much weight I can lose. Tomorrow will be day one because I decided to do this is when I got home. I had tomato soup tonight. Wish me luck.
