I’ve been neglecting counting my calories for a while now and I need to start doing it again. It really did help in watching what I eat. I re-planned my calorie goal on, I highly recommend this site, and it says that I should eat 1041 a day. I should be able to lose 1.5 a week. I will also excerise on top of that, either skating, walking or going to the gym. Speaking of gym, I found out that it’s better for me to do 30 mins everyday in the morning then going twice or three times a week in the evening for a hour. It keeps me energized and I’m not trying to kill myself. I’ll see how it goes and if this plan works.
