I need to get into the routine.


I have not been doing so good on the food intake for the calories. I need to be more strict. Yesterday I had chinese food for dinner and I’m also having it for lunch. My dinner has to be light. I also have to exercise more. I had the time to yesterday but choose not to which is not in my best interest.

Day Two– How tall are you? Do you like your height?

I’m 5’2 inches. I’m a average height for a woman. Even though it’s hard for me to reach some items that are high, I’m really happy I’m no smaller.
