It is January 24th! Can someone tell me why time is going so fast!? Anyway, for the past 2 weeks, I’ve been going to the gym right after work and I’m getting used to doing it. This is great because soon I will be able to auto myself to go to the gym after work without a problem. I’ve decided to have my rest days as the weekend because my body doesn’t want to leave the bed let alone the house after a week of work. LOL. I like to Youtube and Chill during Saturday and Sunday.
Should that become a shirt design? 🤔 Anyways, I’ve come out with a workout plan and I hope I can keep up with it. I’ve been alternating between cardio days and strength training days through the week. I’ve fallen back in love with Kettlebells again because I’ve used them a couple of times for a workout. They are a great alternative for free weights. Especially since they are being hogged by the “New Year New Me” crowd.
Honestly, I can’t wait for that to past. I mean I want people to live healthily and take care of their bodies but I don’t like the people that do it at the beginning of the year because it’s a trend and then drop off. It’s a pain in the butt to the regulars. That’s all I have for now. I’m happy with the way I’m going right now. My goal is the reach my body goal by June or July. Wish me luck!
