I hope the year is treating you great so far and you are all smashing your goals! As if me, you guys know I love to weight train. Well, I’m putting down the weights for now and concentrating on cardio.
We all know that cardio burns more calories than strength training. My plan is to lose the weight with cardio and then develop muscle once I’ve lost the bulk of the weight.
This is me now. But Supercon I want to lose most of my fat and build on muscle. March my plan is the just do cardio. But I’m not going to be one of those people are constantly just doing the elliptical. I love doing floor workouts, stationary bike, bike riding and using stair master. Besides, you have to switch up your routine or else your body will get used to it and you will hit a wall.
I’m doing an hour and a half of cardio for at least 3 days a week. I try for four but sometimes that doesn’t happen but that’s ok.
