I’m creating this challenge for myself based off of a popular anime called One Punch Man. The main character, Saitama, goes through a rigorous training schedule, which allows him to take down all of his enemies with a single punch. That training is… 100 push-ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats and a 10 km run… Every Single Day!

Since this is humanly possible, I’ve decided to take on this challenge for 100 days and record my results as I go.


  1. Oh wow, I’m curious to see as how this turns out. I’m training for 5k and 10k every day would probably be difficult for me. ^^;;
