Hello everyone,

 

I’ve visited the gym 3 days in a row! I’m so proud of myself. One was leg day and the other day was back and biceps. I went to the gym and went shopping for more supplies at Joann’s. It’s becoming my favorite store. I got the big board for the Perler beads so I can flip it over without one of the boards separating. I’ve created a Santa Totoro, unfortunately, I miss the markings on his stomach so he will go for a cheaper price, and a Totoro ornament. It looks adorable! I wish I found a lot of ornament designs but more of them are Super Mario. Someone else is already doing Super Mario Perler art so I’m not doing it.

Fitbit Track Day 2 and 3

I would be the one that says, Hey I’m going to track my day to day progress with fitbit and then miss a day. Ugh. Anyways, Day 2 was low activity because we decided to stay home and try to get some items done for Holiday Matsuri. Time got away from us and the gym was closed by the time we realized.

Day 3 was much better. We walked to Denny’s to get breakfast. It’s a couple of blocks from the house. Afterwards, we walked to the gym which was still walking distance but far. At the gym, we worked on our arms and did 30 mins of cardio. We walked home and then went to Joann’s for more supplies. Once we came home, we stayed in and burned the midnight oil. It’s going to be a crazy two weeks.

That’s Day 2 and 3, thanks for reading. It’s motiving me to keep moving so far. It’s definitely helping me want to go to the gym more just so I can reach my step goal. I’ll see you guys tomorrow. DO IT FOR COSPLAY!

 

Fitbit Track Day 1

Hello, Everyone! Instead of posting the stats at the end of the night, I’ve decided to do it the next day. It’s not going to be around the same time because I work during the week. I will be posting during the evenings.

Yesterday was quite busy at work because one of the graphic designers are work was on vacation and was out during the week and the printer went wasn’t there yesterday because he was visiting his mom in Mexico. So guess who everyone turned to lol. I was literally walking from desk to desk while people were calling my name for a question or a task.

So far, though, I’ve gone above 4k on steps. It’s not hard. Once I walk in and start my day with talking to people over the counter, answering phone calls and checking emails while doing my own graphic design jobs, I’m surprised at how many steps I can accomplish. But if I only rely on my job to help me keep up with my steps and calories burning goal, I will never reach my 8k goal. So I have to go to the gym after work. I’m not complaining! I love working out.

I’ve joined this workout called Lean body. It’s a 12-week program that gives you a series of exercises to do. They have an app that you can use instead of using the website. I use this when I want to do some strength training. On the days I do, I just walk on the elliptical or treadmill. If I add the Stair stepper, I will have to do that first but everyone knows how that machine can wear you out.

It’s two weeks from Holiday Matsuri and we are feeling the pressure. Star is creating cosplay and I’m trying to get a good amount done on my perler art. It’s so much fun but it is time-consuming. You have to set time out for it and right now instead of doing that, I’m stuck doing something I shouldn’t be doing. Nothing bad. I’m just doing something else other than creating some products but oh well. I will have to stay up late tonight to make up for lost time.

Fitbit to Help Keep Track

Hello, everyone.

I hope your Thanksgiving was great. I know I enjoyed my 4 day weekend! I took advantage of the black Friday deals and I purchased a Fitbit. I’ve wanted one since it first came out. I’ve always wanted something to help me keep track of my daily activity and my workout together.

I got the teal color because the others were dull. I absolutely love it so far. I will be uploading daily tracking with the Fitbit to help keep track of my journey on the blog. What did everyone else buy? I will be posting my first Fitbit Track tomorrow. If this annoys anyone, please let me know. I love tracking whatever I do but I don’t want to be an annoyance and loose followers.

Anyway, it has my goal to 8k and I’ve gone above that once. But it’s something to work towards. The app has a food log and helps you track your exercise. I have the Fitbit charge 2 so I can tell it what I’m doing as a workout and have it track it. That’s really helpful.
