Plans foiled again!

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go to the gym today because of life’s ever changing plans for our lives. Star was called into work so I was home uploading videos, binging on Youtube and going through some old clothes that we’ve held on for too long. Unfortunately the clothes were too old and worn for us to donate but we have clothes that we plan to donate.

Now I’m currently watching Netflix. Our plans for tonight are to go to Whole Foods and get dinner. Star will get cashews so she can make vegan cheese for her Alfredo pasta she wants to make tomorrow. I’m going to grab a lot of fruit and maybe some sweet potato to make some fries.
Tomorrow we have major plans because Omni Expo is getting closer and we need to plan out what we are going to do and sale. The booth will be a corner booth, so that means we will need to provide more product. This will be exciting. Good night guys.

Fandom Con 2016 Possiblity

A couple of days ago, we received a email asking us to join their vendors list this year. This is very exciting because they are the first con to ever contact us. We think we will be able to go but we have to plan everything out to make sure. We’ll keep you posted. (⌒▽⌒)

What exactly is FANdom? FANdom is a predominately anime based convention that also caters to fans of comics, video games and sci-fi We’ll try to bring everything and anything fans want to see in an all inclusive event like none other! Our location at the Emerald Coast Convention Center in Fort Walton Beach is spacius and large enough to hold a number of events and open things up for attendees to roam around and have a great time.

This time around, November 11-13, 2016, we want to increase the amount of events while still giving you the classic events from years past. Year seven will prove itself to be bigger and better than year six and we hope to continue this trend for years to come.

Jillian Michaels Body Revolution and Paleo Diet

pjGb-V6gy14.market_maxresGood morning everyone. Yesterday Suta and I decided to do the Body Revolution by Jillian Michaels. We will do the videos in the morning and then we’ll try to make it to the gym in the evening. We are trying to get our 90 minutes of workout in each day. I think our rest days will be Sunday and some Wednesdays.

I’ve never done her workouts before so it will be a new experience. I read the reviews on it and it’s very hopeful.

I just completed this DVD set. I did each DVD twice–so Week 1, Week 2, Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4, Week 3, Week 4, and so on. It took me six months to complete all the DVDs.

When I started the first DVD, I didn’t have much muscle to speak of. I was five months postpartum (after having had my third kid), and to say that my abs were shot is an understatement. Truthfully, I could barely do a side bend without shaking when I started this process.

After six months, I can’t believe the difference I feel in my body. I wish I could give you a huge weight loss number, but I actually only lost about 10 pounds. (I have no explanation for that.) Thank goodness I decided to measure my stomach and thighs, because that’s where I saw a big change. I lost FIVE INCHES off my waist and three inches off my thighs. I went from a size 14 to a 6. I am stronger, leaner, and more flexible than I have been in years. I have more energy and a stronger libido, and I feel happier and more stable emotionally. Working out really helped me heal from postpartum depression.

Overall, I am so glad that I did this workout program. I still have weight to lose. I really hope that I can completely get rid of this baby belly. But maybe that isn’t in the cards for me? I don’t know, but I’m going to give it a good try. Now I just have to figure out what I’m going to do next. It’s going to be hard to top the workouts I’ve been doing.

This review alone makes me want to hit the ground running. We will start this tomorrow and I’m SOOO EXCITED! Starting today, we will be doing the Paleo Diet. We’ve done it before but now that there are so many other options to help staying on track, we want to do it again and we will do it for the full 90 days while we are doing the workout. I can’t wait to see the results!

I love having unsweetened vanilla almond milk with my coffee and cereal. I haven’t drunken regular milk in years. Recently I have been drinking a lot more than usual and I started thinking about the health benefits of it which I didn’t know what they were. So I’m sharing with you guys what I found out.

  • Best alternative for people who can’t have soy milk and regular milk
  • Because almonds has low to no cholesterol, it’s better for the heart. It will help prevent heart disease.
  • It helps build muscles because it has a good amount of protein and Riboflavin, a form of vitamin B.
  • There’s calcium that helps with strong and healthy bones
  • It has vitamin E that will keep your skin healthy
  • If your baby won’t drink breast milk, almond milk is a great substitute because it contains similar vitamins and minerals.
