Road To Rogue Day 11


Hello,, everyone!

Sorry, it’s been a while since I last updated because of these past two weeks Star and I have had a bad cold. She was first and then transferred it to me lol. She was having a fever and I was really sneezing and coughing all over the place and I didn’t want to transfer to anyone else.

SO today I’m hoping to go to the gym today at 6. I’ll be walking to the gym because Star is at work with the car. I don’t mind. Extra cardio! I’m also going back on my intermittent fasting because I’ve learned that eating through the day, my body doesn’t like. It’s like I’m forcing my body to eat. For those of you that don’t know what intermittent fasting is, the definition below.

Intermittent fasting (IF) is a term for an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating.

  • The 16/8 Method: Also called the Leangains protocol, it involves skipping breakfast and restricting your daily eating period to 8 hours, for example from 1 pm to 9 pm. Then you “fast” for 16 hours in between.

The only thing I have in the morning is coffee which let’s admit it, COFFEE IS LIFE. Anyway, thank you to everyone that’s reading so far. Hopefully, I will not be getting sick again. Road To Rogue Day 10


Hello everyone,

Day 2 of Lee Labrada’s 12-Week Lean Body Trainer and my arms feels as if they are about the fall off. I love it though! I hope I can continue on it this time around and complete the entire plan. Also, to help me with my transformation, I’ve decided to go without refined sugars. That means no bars, sugar in my coffee, candy, and other things that have that type of sugar in it. I will do a blog post later on about the difference between refined and unrefined sugar.

Anyway! Today at work, my boss and a couple of coworkers weight themselves again. I didn’t because I know I had breakfast. I normally weigh myself after I use the bathroom in the morning. I know it’s not good to weigh yourself very morning but I love seeing the fluctuations every morning. This helps me know what works with my body and what doesn’t. If I eat something not good, my body will tell me the next morning. Don’t ask how I know, I just do lol. People, who do this understands right?

Like I said, today was Day 2 of Lee Labrada’s 12-Week Lean Body Trainer and I’m so happy that it was over! I almost couldn’t raise my arms to take my shirt off lol. I haven’t worked out like that in a while. It felt really good and I can’t wait for weeks to come. Star is preparing dinner for the rest of the week so get ready for some epic pictures!

Hello everyone,

Happy Monday! During the weekend I, of course, binged on popcorn lol. Today at work my boss wanted to do a contest with everyone at work. We all weighed ourselves and I’m 143. When this ends, who knows when that will be, the loser is supposed to buy everyone lunch. WELL, I’m broke all the time because my cut in hours so you know I’m going to be trying hard to lose weight. Anyway, this will help me with my Road to Rogue so I’m not complaining lol.

Road to Rogue Day 4


 

Hello, everyone!

I hope your weekend was great! We had a convention and two craft shows to go to this weekend so I wasn’t concentrating on Rogue but I didn’t go overboard so yay lol. Today I forgot my lunch AGAIN and Star had my card so I couldn’t buy lunch. We had dinner at 3 and I had salami and aged cheddar but that’s one of my favorite things in the world and it was for a good price. The slices were thick. Yum. We also had chili with it. The market called Living Green that’s next to my job now is amazing. They have a great cooked food and great prices on groceries. The downside about it is their fruit is ripe so you have to eat it that day or it will spoil.

As for exercising, we decided to do it tomorrow because we are going to OutCon in May which is next month and I really want to start on getting my inventory started. Unfortunately, I’m one of the people that would wait for that week and try to get everything done. I would get little sleep and go to the cons amped up on coffee lol.

Anyway, July is 3 months away and I will look great in that body suit! lol, What cosplay are you training for this year? I would love to know. Also what do you guys think of my new banner. I didn’t like using the image by itself so I decided to edited to make sense.

Road to Rogue Day 1


Hello everyone!
We’ve decided to go to Florida Supercon in July with a group of friends. We are all cosplaying Marvel Characters. I will go as Rogue and Star will go as Storm. Now Rogue is wearing a bodysuit which means I need to get my body in shape for it. We all know that a bodysuit will show everything and it’s unforgiving.

So everyday, hopefully, I will be posting my progress to get in shape for her. I’m so excited because I remember watching Rogue as a kid and thinking how much of a badass she was. I never gave cosplaying her much thought because I thought mostly of anime characters but I need to expand my options.

Now to let you guys know, I’m on a intermittent diet. If you want me to expand on this let me know.

Beginning Weight: 137.3

Morning:

Coffee and soy milk

Lunch:

1/2 cup Oatmeal and 4 Mango wedges

Dinner:

Meatball, mac and cheese, sautéed vegetable, and cooked chickpea

Exercise:


30 minutes of elliptical and youfit express circuit.

Moving


We will be moving at the end of July to a better location. It will be closer to work and a large house thanks to a friend of ours. We can’t wait because we will be able to do so much more like exercise at home and videos for our Youtube channel. Not only that, Onyx will have a backyard to play around instead of being cramped in our small apartment. I will be recording a tour of our new place once we move and everything is settled. What’s going to be funny is Knives crawling around the house because he does that when he gets in a new place. He literally hugs walls lol. So many opportunities will open with this move and I can’t wait!

Vendors at Holiday Matsuri


That’s right! We are going to be vendors at Holiday Matsuri. It will be our first convention as vendors and we are very excited. Star has been looking forward to this since the beginning of year lol. We will have a list of what we will sell later on once we get our inventory up to date. We are looking for cosplay that would be easy to make Christmas themed. We are thinking about entering into the Holiday Runway Contest. Would you like to make suggestions?

So far we want to be Panty and Stocking but I don’t know if we want to be them all three days. Hmm…
