After almost a week of leaving my clothes at home, I remembered them this morning and placed them in my bag and walked out for work. It felt so good to be able to go to the gym and not home! I joined this app called Body Space from Bodybuilding.com and it’s the best app I’ve used so far. Even though I just used it today, I know it will really help me with my workouts. I joined a plan on it that, I think, the workouts are great for me to transform myself in the body I always wanted.

So before I started to workout I decided to go to Target to get a lock and a bag to place my gym clothes in. I was placing it in my purse and since my purse feels as if it’s about to give up on me, I didn’t want to hurry the process. Locks now days are expensive. I remember when you can buy one for really cheap. Oh well, I bought the cheapest one I could buy and I bought a bag in the $1 section that seemed like it could be used as a cute gym bag, picture coming soon, too tired right now. Anyway, I get to the gym and I’m ready to lock my clothes up and the lock won’t work! I tried to follow the instructions and it didn’t want to unlock, ugh! It’s by Master and I trust there locks but I get what I paid for I guess. Star will come help me with it. I’ll try to use it again when I get to the gym on Monday.
Oh! I found that there is two exercises that I couldn’t do and that was In & Outs and Spread Leg Sit Ups. No way. The reason why I can’t do these exercises, at the moment, not giving up, just waiting til I become stronger, I’m chest heavy! When I do the In & Outs, my boobs swing and it’s uncomfortable. The Spread Leg Sit Ups, well, I can’t do sit ups right now because of the weight on my chest. Then you have to do each sit up with one hand. I have problems with two!
I’m telling you life is great right now. I got a new job I love, I’m eating right, going to the gym, having fun with Star, have obtained some great friends and starting to really practice in my religion. I’m living the life! lol I’m not worried about being homeless, I’m always broke so oh well lol and not having food to eat. Life is going on the right track and it can only get better from here. 😀
Yesterday I didn’t go to the park because of had to take care of a hair product label that needed to be created and it rained as soon as 5 o’clock hit. It’s sunny today so we’ll see if I can go skating today. Sharri says I’ve been doing good on the scale so yay for that.

Dinner for last night, I started to eat it before I knew it so I wasn’t able to take a picture of it but I’ll post up a Chicken and Dumpling picture that’s similar. ****takes time to look up the picture**** Ok so I tried to look up a picture and everything was soup. We didn’t have soup. We had 1 boneless skinless chicken breast and 4 small dumplings with some spinach.
I don’t have much to say today. I weighed myself this morning and Sharri said it was a good number so yay. Yesterday I skated 2 miles instead of 3 and went home to clean a little. Today I will be doing my Flat Belly Execises.

This is last night’s dinner. The meat that you see in the image was actually no good so I stopped eating it and replaced it with a cup of Bolthouse Farm’s Mango protein.
According to the app I’m using, Sparkpeople, I should be 137 right now. I don’t take what they say seriously because I’m a woman and my body fluctuate constantly. Especially on my time of the month, which was last week. It totally messed up my count. Sharri said that I was a 136.5 before it started.
I did the flat belly exercise this week and it wasn’t bad at all. I’m happy that it separates the sets for the crunches and leg raises. I can’t do the jumping jacks so I still have to come up with a alternative. We went to a park close to the house and I skated while sharri ran. We went for 3 miles before we stopped because sharri is training for a 5k she wants to do.
I’m happily keep up with my lunchboxes. They might be for little kids but they are a great way of take food with you in small portions. I love having snacks through the day and not feel hungry until I get home.
I’m going to the park again tonight to skate. We might do 3 miles again, I don’t know. I don’t know what we are having for dinner, I will update this post tonight.

Today went pretty smoothly. There was no stress at work and I was almost able to get all the projects done. Except for the 3 prayer cards that came at the end. Ugh. Well anyway, fit wise like always, it great. I ate my snacks throughout the day.

It’s getting hard trying to find the right title for my blog post since I’m not following any plans or programs lol. These are the numbers I received yesterday. I didn’t workout because of how low those numbers are. Some people would say that I’m doing myself an injustice for not eating so much some days. I say, if I feel good and it feels like my body is getting enough and not complaining then I must be doing something right. I’ve been taking vitamins everyday at night. I take multi-vitamins, fish oil and iron. The multi-vitamins are gummy because I hate taking horse pills, yuck.

I was able to eat throughout the day and not be hungry by the end of my work day. After I got off, I went to a park I wanted to check out for a while. It’s called Pompano Community Park. It has a fitness trail a little over a mile and I will visit there two days out of the week.
For dinner I went to Panera Bread because I wanted to something calorie concious after working out. I shared the meal with Sharri. my gf and then went home to rest.
I’m still stepping on the scale but I will step on it backwards so I won’t see the numbers until Monday because every Monday I will log in my weight. I will step on it to make myself not feel anxious about not doing it.
Hi. I know that I haven’t been a good blogger and updating like I should. My life has become so busy that I haven’t had the time. My own business is shoot through the roof with the extension of creating and printing out shirt designs. My computer isn’t helping the matter with trying to give out on me. It’s on its last leg and I’m desperately trying to hang on until I can get a new computer. BTW, I don’t like the fact that apple went up on prices because of the new processors they have for the computers. URGH! I’ll have to find a good refurbished one because there’s no way I’m going to put up 1.7k for a computer. 1.2k is my limit. I don’t even have that right now! My taxes will help and I’m putting up a “New Computer Fund”. Taking a little here and there so save up. Wish me luck!
About my health, I’m still pescatarian right now. On my 4oth day woot woot!! I’ve learn much while I’m on journey. The major thing I learned is that I don’t have to have meat with every meal. I can enjoy a meatless dish. I do crave for it though. Not much. I decided that when I’m done, I’ll only eat meat if I crave it and if I have no choice, such as if someone feeds it to me. This way I won’t feel like I’m holding myself back.
My weight has taken a dive between me not eating right and my monthly hitting me. *sighs* I gained 5 lbs. I’ve lost 2 lbs since and I’m trying to find ways to exercise without killing myself at the gym. I took a brake from it because 1, I was behind payments and 2, before that, I gotten bored with it because I went almost everyday. I have to find alternatives and make time for them. Like going to play tennis like I use too and playing dance central on my xbox. I would also like to go to some classes such as, Belly-dancing.
Day Thirteen– Are you losing weight in a healthy or unhealthy way?
In a healthy way. I’m using livestrong to track my calories and exercise. Although I wish that when I miss a day of excerise, my weight won’t try to shoot through the roof. *sighs* It’s so frustrating. I’m going to try a different diet plan. It’s by drinking coffee. I saw it one day on the cover of Women’s World. I’ll have to can the cover later because I don’t see it on the internet. You drink 3-5 days of coffee a day with healthy meals and you’re suppose to lose up to 9 lbs in one week. I’m going to try it and see. I love coffee and if it can help me lose weight then great!
