Working out during the holidays… not happening

FitThroughTheHolidays

These past two weeks, we haven’t been able to go to the gym. We normally go to the gym right after work because these past two weeks, other obligations has been coming up and we are going home at 8. Oh well, we are still watching what we are eating and making sure that we aren’t going over our calories. Can’t wait for the holidays to be over so we can get back into our routine. We were doing so good in the beginning. Going very day and having the weekends as rest day.

We go to a gym called the Zoo Health Club. It’s a good gym but expensive. We use to go Youfit but we canceled our membership because they didn’t have a gym where we moved too. Well now they are opening a gym down the street from our jobs. They are $20 a month for two people. Which is WAY better than paying $60. Next week, we are going to them to sign up on their Pre-sale, which is a special that they are running right now because the gym opens. 😀

That’s all for now!

How was everyone’s Thanksgiving? I hope it was well. I was able to maintain my weight before, during and after. I’m so proud of myself.  Now to get through Christmas with all the sweets that’s going to be around, especially candy canes. This week, I’ve only gone to the gym 3 times. Yesterday, I concentrated on my hair and today I will do the same. I gotta tame this thing!

Holiday Season is over. Now to Prepare for the New Year

https://i2.wp.com/www.xda-developers.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/Happy-New-Year.jpg

It’s that time of the year to start anew. Leave older worries behind and start over. I read a blog today that stated that they will list their goals that they want to accomplish next year. Not resolutions but goals. I think that that’s a great idea and I’ll do the same. Goals are there as long as you need them. Christmas was fun hanging around with some of the people I love. I will admit that I can’t eat health around the holidays but who can. So now that all is said and done, I will get back on track with eating right.

Sorry to post something so short after not posting anything for a long time but life’s been busy. I try to get to it and keep everyone posted as much as I can. Happy Holiday and a great New Year!
