This week, Star and I have been seeing progress from our working out. Both of us has been able to increase the weight. We went from 30 lbs to 60! We found this out because the weights we normally use was taken, and hogged, so we had to go the next weight up. We were both shocked! After that, every exercise we did, we increased the weight to see if we complete the exercises and we did. Just another show of progress and we are both excited for it.
It’s a week before Florida Supercon and mother nature has shown her face. It’s frustrating because we are trying to lose weight and become tone for our cosplays and mother nature placed a bump in the road. Oh well. We are women and know that it’s something that won’t last forever. It just stifles our progress. It’s not the end of the world.
If you are going to Florida Supercon, let us know. We would love to meet you!
I’m so excited that Florida Supercon is so close. Things might change from our original plans. We might now be cosplaying Rogue and Storm because we don’t have to money for the fabric which sucks. Star and I have made progress with our weight loss. We both reached 10lbs lost and we’ve lost inches off our waist. She lost 3 inches and I lost 2. But Florida Supercon isn’t our only goal. We want to look great in ANY cosplay we do in the future.
We are planning on going to Holiday Matsuri at the end of the year. Maybe to Paradise City or DragonCon. We will see. We’ve talked about our Youtube Channels and what we wanted to place on them. Here’s what we came up with so far;
Fitness To Cosplay will have workout videos in cosplay, healthy recipes, reviews on different products and equipment, convention vlogs, cosplay slideshows, and cosplay lookbooks.
Tsuki Nerdy Fitness will have my personal vlogs, videos on different discussions, reviews on anime, manga, and other nerdy stuff like movies.
Star Cosplay Fitness will have her personal discussions, Japanese culture and recipes like such as how to make an onigiri, and cosplay tutorials.
We are still coming up with content to post about. I will post our channels below if you would like to subscribe to them. If you have any suggestions like us know about them. Thank you guys for reading! Have a great day and remember to STAY HEALTHY!

Hello everyone! Supercon is 1 month and 27 days away! Yes, I have a countdown on my phone lol. Star and I want to go all 4 days and each day we will cosplay different characters.
Here are our cosplans and we keep switching the days we want to cosplay them lol.
I will cosplay Rogue while Star will cosplay Storm.
I will be Diane while Star will be Ban. She will not genderbend Ban, so that means she needs to get the stomach tight lol.
I will be Yoruichi and Star will be Soi Fon from Bleach.
I will be Shampoo and Star will be Fem Ranma
Supercon will be so much fun and I can’t wait to show you how to plans came out. As for today, we both went to the gym this morning and then we went grocery shopping for the week. We worked out with a friend whose training another friend.
Breakfast: Nothing because we got up late and I did some work before we went to the gym at 11.
Lunch: Protein Drink
Snack: Food samples at Trader Joes
Dinner: Baked Ziti with lettuce
Workout: 22 mins on the elliptical • chest exercises with free weights and machines
Happy hump day! Today I was good with calories until I started eating Star’s popcorn. I swear I can’t resist! Unfortunately, It’s too late to go to the gym because Star is going to do her sisters hair tonight or else I would’ve gone after I’ve done this post. Since our gym close at 12 AM then we can go at 10 or 11.
I’m more of a night owl anyway. I do wish I could go to the gym during the day though because I never know what will happen after I get off of work. Today we had dinner instead of going to the gym right after work. What I thought would happen, happened and we did not go to the gym because as we are sitting here eating dinner, we got busy doing other things.
Star went to go make more popcorn for the Farmer’s Markets this weekend, hence why I said I went downhill at the end of the night lol. But that’s ok! So, for now, I’m 1/7 on gym days but I’m determined. I count Monday as the beginning of my week instead of Sunday just so you know.
I have more to say but I won’t make this an extra long post so I’ll leave it here. Thanks for reading and I’ll see you tomorrow. Remember to STAY HEALTHY!
Breakfast: Coffee and Cafe Mocha Creamer
Lunch: Pistachios and Chobani Flip Banana and Chocolate yogurt
Snack: 2 Small powdered donuts (A coworker gave me a pack to try because he said they came from Mexico. They remind me of the little Debbie powdered donuts but with less powder. Still good though!)
Dinner: Fish with salad and pita. (Below is a picture of a past plate because I forgot to take a picture of tonight’s plate lol)
Dessert: Lots and LOTS of different popcorn lol. Classic Movie, Ambrosia, and Tiramisu. (If you want to see different pictures of the flavors, let me know.)
If you guys wanted Star’s recipes for her plates, let me know. I will post them in the recipe section on the blog.
Yesterday, I picked up my cousin from the airport and we hung out for a while catching up. I haven’t seen him in more than… maybe 10 years? We are close so seeing him again was great. He was supposed to land at 2 but his flight was delayed by 2 hours. Sucks right? So when I left him at the hotel, it was 6, I think. By this time I was REALLY hungry. I didn’t have much for lunch. I was going to have the chili but I wanted a slice of banana nut bread instead with an aloe drink. For Breakfast, I did have my smoothie. When I was leaving him, I craved pizza. So I ordered the Works from Papa Johns. They have a 40% off coupon on retailmenot.com right now, if you would like to order for yourself lol.

Just don’t go overboard and eat the entire pizza lol. I had two slices and two bread sticks.
As for the gym, we weren’t able to go because of picking up my cousin and going to see The Fate Of The Furious. The movie was great. I would definitely see it again. Thanks to a friend of ours, are able to see some movies as soon as they come out Thursday night. I didn’t think that still happened. But I will tell you one thing, watching a movie in a not so crowded theater is amazing. The downfall is going to bed after 12 but that’s worth it.
Thank you for reading and I will see you guys tomorrow. Remember to STAY HEALTHY!
Today’s Planned Meals
Lunch: Star’s Green Tea Popcorn (Testing out her new flavor. Yum)
Dinner: Leftover Pizza
Exercise: Gym (weightlifting and elliptical)
Sorry I haven’t updated in a couple of days. I’ve been concentrating on making perlers for Outcon next month and I’ve been doing so pretty big pieces.
I’m making sure I have some Zelda ones for sell because a lot of people were asking for them at Hero Hype. If you would like to purchase some perler art, I have some already available on our facebook page shop here. I will still upload a post about that convention.
So how have I been doing? Great! I’ve gone to the gym once this week so far and I’ve been trying to stay within my calorie goal. My little problem right now is Star’s popcorn. It’s so delicious! She sold at two farmer’s markets last weekend and have some leftover. Now I’m like having a couple of small bags as a snack. If you guys are in the Plantation or Tamarac area in Florida, come by and get a tasty treat from Star’s, Poppin Around The World tent at the Farmer’s markets in the area!
Today, my band of my Fitbit broke. Unfortunately, I can’t get a new one so I will have to deal with it in my pocket. 😦 I will have to buy one either Friday when I get paid for next week. I’ve never changed my band before so this will be a new experience. I’ll have to purchase another sports band or find one that’s more durable. I think 6 months is a long time. Products nowadays are made to be perishable. I’m happy that the FitBit itself isn’t damaged.
Coffee and Soymilk
Chilli Soup with water
Fish, Salad, and Pita bread (We’ve been having this consistently for the past two days and I can’t get enough!)
Anyways, thank you guys for reading and I’ll see you next time! Remember to STAY HEALTHY!
