If you follow our social media, you know already that we finally found a place. We moved in 2 weeks ago, and we still haven’t unpacked everything. The life of an anime collector, me and crafter, Star. I can’t wait to do a home tour for you guys. The house looks amazing and cute. It’s taking a while to get everything together. There’s enough room for me to workout and doyoga on the days we can’t go to the gym. There are those days.
We are currently balancing out our bills.We didn’t know how high the deposits on the utilities were going to be. So we are struggling a little bit, but that’s OK. The past two weeks, we haven’t been going to the gym every day, but that’s to be expected because of moving.Wethinkwe‘ll be able to jump back on the horse today and continue on our journey.
Star‘s new weight is 138. She’s eating one meal a day, and she is making sure she’s eating a full day of calories.I, on the other hand, has gone in the opposite direction haha. I’ve gained three lbs but it’s not as bad as I thought. With the way that I‘ve been eating, IthoughtI was going to gain 7 lbs haha.
That’s our update for now. I will be updating the blog more in the future. I’m also coming up with ideas for our YouTube Channel. I want to bring back Manga Mondays. If you have any ideas, let us know. I have the space to record videos, and I’m praying to get my gaming channel up soon as well.Thank you so much for being patient and keeping up with our blog. This week, Star and I have been seeing progress from our working out. Both of us has been able to increase the weight. We went from 30 lbs to 60! We found this out because the weights we normally use was taken, and hogged, so we had to go the next weight up. We were both shocked! After that, every exercise we did, we increased the weight to see if we complete the exercises and we did. Just another show of progress and we are both excited for it.
It’s a week before Florida Supercon and mother nature has shown her face. It’s frustrating because we are trying to lose weight and become tone for our cosplays and mother nature placed a bump in the road. Oh well. We are women and know that it’s something that won’t last forever. It just stifles our progress. It’s not the end of the world.

I’m so excited that Florida Supercon is so close. Things might change from our original plans. We might now be cosplaying Rogue and Storm because we don’t have to money for the fabric which sucks. Star and I have made progress with our weight loss. We both reached 10lbs lost and we’ve lost inches off our waist. She lost 3 inches and I lost 2. But Florida Supercon isn’t our only goal. We want to look great in ANY cosplay we do in the future.
We are planning on going to Holiday Matsuri at the end of the year. Maybe to Paradise City or DragonCon. We will see. We’ve talked about our Youtube Channels and what we wanted to place on them. Here’s what we came up with so far;
Fitness To Cosplay will have workout videos in cosplay, healthy recipes, reviews on different products and equipment, convention vlogs, cosplay slideshows, and cosplay lookbooks.
Tsuki Nerdy Fitness will have my personal vlogs, videos on different discussions, reviews on anime, manga, and other nerdy stuff like movies.
Star Cosplay Fitness will have her personal discussions, Japanese culture and recipes like such as how to make an onigiri, and cosplay tutorials.

Hello Guys. Happy Thursday. So I started my “Moon Time” and remember when I posted about how to avoid the bloat? I’m going to try out those suggestions and see if it really helps. I’ve gained 3lbs because of it and I want to see if these suggestions will help me lower the bloat or get rid of it complete. I will post when it’s over to let you guys know. If you missed my post, I shared the link below.
Yesterday at the gym, I used Body Space as I was working out. It was easy. I was following one of the programs on the app but I found out that some of the exercises I couldn’t do because someone was using the machines. Also when I completed the day, it showed all the exercises in the plan and not just the exercises I did. So I decided not to go with a plan. I will just concentrated on one body part and go down the list of exercises to do and add them like that. 😀 But other than that, using BodySpace is really helpful! I can see what exercises to do and how to do it because they have videos. I love it. I was going today but Star wasn’t able to go to the gym and leave the bag like we planned. But we’ll try to go again tomorrow morning. I will concentrate on my abs and the next time I go, I will do the legs. Below is the list of exercises I did yesterday and food that I ate.

Ok so I started a new job as as graphic designer at another print shop, because my boss before sold his business. The new jobs is closer to my house and starts later, 9am 😀 Everything seems to go swimmingly at work so far. Just trying to get use to the new procedures. One thing I need to get use to is that I’M THE ONLY ONE THAT DRINKS COFFEE. lol That was a shock. What really funny is that they have a coffee maker there. So I bought instant coffee from Nescafe. It’s good. I have to warm up the water in the microwave though. *shrugs* give and take. So yeah eating habit is still the norm. I get healthy snacks during the week to keep at work like fruit and veggies and sparkling water. That’s not all I get but some.
Now for a great announcement, I finally joined a gym. It’s called Body Mechanics and it’s great. They have fitness classes and a room with boxing bags. Awesome! I have to figure out how to get there after work since I take the bus home. This week Star will be taking the car to go to work at 5. I get off at 5 so we can’t share the car. But the great thing about this job is that it’s only down 1 street. Once I get to my street, my house is walk a way. Getting exercise so I don’t mind. But yeah, twice I forgot my gym close so I can take the bus to the gym. *sighs* The gym closes at 11 but I don’t want to grab my clothes, walk to the gym then walk back home. Too much!
So tomorrow when I wake up in the morning, the clothes I want to wear, I’ll stuff in my purse. It’ll look weird, walking into work with clothes in my purse but you gotta do what you gotta do. I downloaded this app to help me choose which parts of the body to work out. Because I admit, the couples of times I went, I looked like a lost lamb trying to find what to work out next. Embarrassing.
Yesterday I didn’t go to the park because of had to take care of a hair product label that needed to be created and it rained as soon as 5 o’clock hit. It’s sunny today so we’ll see if I can go skating today. Sharri says I’ve been doing good on the scale so yay for that.

Dinner for last night, I started to eat it before I knew it so I wasn’t able to take a picture of it but I’ll post up a Chicken and Dumpling picture that’s similar. ****takes time to look up the picture**** Ok so I tried to look up a picture and everything was soup. We didn’t have soup. We had 1 boneless skinless chicken breast and 4 small dumplings with some spinach.
I don’t have much to say today. I weighed myself this morning and Sharri said it was a good number so yay. Yesterday I skated 2 miles instead of 3 and went home to clean a little. Today I will be doing my Flat Belly Execises.

This is last night’s dinner. The meat that you see in the image was actually no good so I stopped eating it and replaced it with a cup of Bolthouse Farm’s Mango protein.
According to the app I’m using, Sparkpeople, I should be 137 right now. I don’t take what they say seriously because I’m a woman and my body fluctuate constantly. Especially on my time of the month, which was last week. It totally messed up my count. Sharri said that I was a 136.5 before it started.
I did the flat belly exercise this week and it wasn’t bad at all. I’m happy that it separates the sets for the crunches and leg raises. I can’t do the jumping jacks so I still have to come up with a alternative. We went to a park close to the house and I skated while sharri ran. We went for 3 miles before we stopped because sharri is training for a 5k she wants to do.
I’m happily keep up with my lunchboxes. They might be for little kids but they are a great way of take food with you in small portions. I love having snacks through the day and not feel hungry until I get home.
I’m going to the park again tonight to skate. We might do 3 miles again, I don’t know. I don’t know what we are having for dinner, I will update this post tonight.
